Please note our membership is not open widely to new IP's. Please join our open Facebook group COTS Surrogacy The Ultimate Gift. Be pro-active as we tend to invite couples to join COTS from that group when a surrogate chooses you or we have spaces available. If you have your own surrogate you may join immediately.
Our books our always open to potential surrogates, you are welcome anytime. There is no cost for a surrogate to join us.

Surrogacy is the greatest gift one women can give another, helping someone who cannot carry a pregnancy by carrying their baby for them. To date, COTS has been the helping hand to over 1000 surrogate births. We ensure you have all the information you need to become a surrogate and guide you step by step through the process. By becoming a surrogate you help to change someones life forever.
FOR INTENDED PARENTS
We provide a truly personal approach and have years of experience in helping new intended parents grow their family through surrogacy. We are on hand to help with any questions or stresses you may have, and provide a friendly helping hand whenever it may be needed. We have also built an online support community to help you through your journey, helping you feel more supported than ever.
ABOUT US
COTS was founded in 1988 and now has 1,119 babies born. It is a registered not for profit organisation. It is run by people dedicated in helping others through surrogacy.
Our prime objective is to pass on our collective experience to surrogates and would be parents helping them to understand the implications of surrogacy before they enter into an arrangement and to deal with any problems that may arise during it.
We offer a wide range of practical support and advice to COTS members.
Membership fees contribute to the administration and day to day running costs of COTS. Membership fees include counselling sessions for intended parents & surrogates. A joint Agreement session once matched for all parties. Monthly support calls for active members. The cost of DBS checks, GP referrals for surrogates & blood tests if traditional surrogacy is the chosen path.
These fees would need to be higher were it not for the generosity of our members who have given or continue to give donations. Anyone wishing to join COTS please see our membership page for more information.
