If you are already being treated at a clinic ask them if they are prepared to help you with a surrogacy arrangement.

When choosing a clinic, note the live birth rate, but be careful as some clinics only treat younger patients so their birth rate may be higher. Also ask questions, go with a list of questions you want answering remember you are paying for their service. Check out at least 3 hospitals. Also take into consideration where your surrogate lives and how far she will have to travel. If you live far away you could always have your sperm frozen at a clinic near you and then transferred to another clinic nearer your surrogate. As doctors change clinics so does their criteria, so ask.
